Despite our efforts to deliver the highest quality products, it may happen that the received item is either damaged or does not meet your expectations. In such instances, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via electronic form.


When submitting a complaint, please provide your order number or other details which can enable us to identify you, attach photos or a short video displaying the product’s defect.

Complaint processing time is up to 14 days. We will do our best to respond to your submission as quickly as it is possible.
